I've been using Premier Plumbing for the past 6 months as I remodel an older home. From major planned projects like replumbing the bathrooms to urgent weekend call for a leak under my sink....every time they are fast, professional and good. Plus, their prices are reasonable! I've used a number of their plumbers including Dane (who helped inspect a complex clog before I purchased the property) and Kyle (who quickly fixed another plumber's mistake) and every one of the guys are fabulous. Most recently, I've worked with Ron who answers calls and schedules the team. He is a sweetheart, extremely responsive and friendly. I use lots of local businesses on the various projects at my remodel but Premier is hands down one of the best. I would give more than 5 Stars if I could!

They did an awesome job! Our plumbing under the sink started leaking. They were quick to respond when we needed it. Chris and Logan were professional and they made sure the job was done right. They were really quick too! Highly recommend Premier! Their name says it all!

We are new in town. I called this company from a referral of a neighbor of mine for a slab leak on a fixer upper I purchased. I had Corey and Robbie come out and had it diagnosed quickly. I received the estimate and pondered it a day or two and then called them back to schedule the work to be done. The gentleman who answered the phone got us all set up and kept in contact during the process. The job itself went smoothly and for much less then I had thought! The guys were friendly and kept our place as clean as possible during the repairs. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs!

Robbie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—professional, patient, and dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of properly. He took the time to address the situation thoroughly and ensured the issue was resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. I truly appreciate Robbie’s commitment and the care he put into resolving the problem. His efforts made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m grateful for the support and expertise he provided.

I am revising my review to reflect the fact that several months ago, we had a very positive experience with Premiere Plumbing. That initial excellent service is why we called them again for this recent issue. However, this time, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. First Appointment: No call no show We scheduled our first appointment, and the plumber never arrived and never called us. We had to call them late in the afternoon to find out what happened, which wasted our entire day and required us to change existing plans for the following. They ended up coming the next day. Second Appointment: The first visit didn't actually fix the problem, though, so we had to call back for a second try. We were given a time slot between 9 AM and 12 PM. At noon, when they were a no-show again, I called the office. I was told that we weren't even on the schedule, even though the same person I was speaking with had booked the appointment. When I called, I kept my voice calm but understandably expressed my frustration about this second no-show and the fact that the original problem still wasn't fixed. The employee's reaction was surprising to say the least. He basically told me he'd rather I just cancel and go somewhere else because I was "being rough” and they were “too busy already.” It was completely unprofessional to tell a paying customer to leave just for expressing disappointment in a reasonable manner. We totally understand that mistakes happen, but two major scheduling errors plus an employee who tells you to take your business elsewhere when you're understandably frustrated is just too much.
