We hired Premier Roofing to replace the tile roof on our recently purchased house. We diligently researched local companies and chose Premier because of their excellent reviews, as well as the feeling of confidence that was inspired in us by Bryant Hayes, the representative who handled all the details of our case, as well as the owner, Brandon, who took the trouble to come and meet with us personally to discuss some of our concerns about the project. Premier demonstrated a strong commitment to me as the customer and worked tirelessly to attend to every detail. They were committed to protecting our property from collateral damage and addressed any promptly and thoroughly. We had an issue afterwards related to the interface between pool screen and gutter and the new roof. This necessitated a complex multidisciplinary solution between Premier and another company that built our pool screen and gutter. Brandon, the owner, was faithful in his commitment to us and made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. I am grateful for the beautiful new roof, the excellent customer service we were shown, and for their attention to detail. I felt that any concerns I voiced were addressed graciously, and I was never made to feel as if I was bothering them. We are very grateful that we chose Premier Roofing for our project.

Working with Premier couldn't have gone smoother. They were professional all the way, communicative throughout.
