Great company they arrived about twenty five minutes after contacting them even though I live in Coral Springs. A friend recommended their services and they exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and kindness is rare now a days they truly care about doing what is right for the costumer. The machines may be big but not loud in my opinion. I am extremely pleased thank you for helping me.

Called them when I noticed a leak in my ceiling after a storm passed in Ft Myers. They were able to quickly help me. They installed a tarp over my roof and set up a lot of machines that dried all the water that had seeped in. They also worked directly with my insurance company which was incredibly convenient and saved me a ton of money. I’m very grateful for their services, patience, and support during this stressful time.

This is the second time that i use a mitigation company. First one was around ten years ago with another company and they used a really loud machine. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The second time i use the Premium Mitigation services and the machines they use this time wasn’t that loud i think those are new machines, maybe more sophisticated and they don’t have noise like the previous ones. For me that I used different companies this is a plus to me
