Presto Roofing has done many great jobs for me over the years, for both my business and most recently my personal home. They are a great company to work with in every way. They give a fair price With very clear paperwork. They do what they say they’re going to do. They keep a very clean job site, are always personable and extremely professional from the top boss down to every crew member. We’ve always passed our roof inspections without delay. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

If you are here reading this review, you are probably experiencing some dreaded roof leaks and are in search of a reliable roofer. LOOK NO FURTHER. I have been in your shoes. As the owner of a condo which was built in 1988 with a flat roof, I have certainly endured more than my share of roof leaks. (Flat roofs = worst invention ever!) I am also the president of the board of directors for my condominium association, and it is my fiduciary duty to act in the best interest for all members of the association. When it was time to shop around for a roofer, I took my job very seriously. In order to secure the best roofer for our association's needs, I personally met with and interviewed 13 different roofers in Miami. My goal was to find the most reliable, professional, and reasonably priced roofing contractor. Adolfo, the owner of Presto Roofing, is a true pleasure to deal with. Not only was he more polite, more patient, and more punctual than all of the others, but his price was also much more reasonable than most of the others. (FYI: His price was not the cheapest. Cheapest does not equal the best. I was not looking for the cheapest. I was looking for the best.) My quest for the best roofer in Miami was so thorough that I even drove up to Hialeah to pop in for a surprise visit at the Presto Roofing office. I must say, I was truly impressed with this family business and the cohesiveness of their operations. No wonder Presto Roofing has been in business for over 50 years, with Adolfo at the helm for the past 30 years. Everyone at the office was so friendly and polite, as well as helpful and informative. It is clearly apparent that Adolfo is a man of integrity who says what he means and means what he says. Presto Roofing has never let me down. They have consistently provided quality work for the past 11 years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a reputable roofing company a few notches above all the rest. DESCRIPTION OF WORK COMPLETED: Many individual leak repairs over the years, and most recently, an entire re-roof for my condominium building (which comes with a ten year warranty) and installation of 24 skylights.

We had estimates from 3 other roofers and decided to go with Presto. From the beginning to the end they were FABULOUS! They helped us with choosing the product, obtaining ALL permits, and made it so easy. They showed up on time every day and left the property IMMACULATE at the end of each work day. They were so professional and the finished product is just AMAZING!! I would highly recommend them to everyone that needs a new roof or roof repair.

Just reviewed the reviews and can't help but notice the complain of the driver on i75. This morning driver with license plate LOV-U10 crossed the palmetto expressway three lanes to get on the i75 bridge. And once on the bridge he wanted to tailgate me before cutting off more cars going in and out the lanes. Once on i75 I was going about 80 trying to get a picture . If this is a careless, reckless driving employee, I can only imagine the actual work they do. I have a dash cam and will be posting the video online .

1. Roof Installation & Permits was completed on August 2019 2. On October 31, 2020, after ONLY 14 months of having my new roof installed, we reported to Presto Roofing a leak in our indoor ceiling. Keep in mind there were no major storms in the past 14 months. 3. November 2, 2020, they told me that they would send someone to fix the leak the next day. 4. November 3, 2020, they told me that they will not be able to send someone due to short staffed. They will push the repair for the next day. 5. November 4, 2020, Presto Roofing employees went on the roof and repaired the leak. 6. November 4, 2020, I reached out to Presto Roofing and asked when they will repair the indoor ceiling damage. 7. November 6, 2020, Presto Roofing sent and employee to repair the indoor ceiling. While they were at my house they applied Kilz to the ceiling and they told us they will be back to paint the ceiling another day. 8. November 9, 2020, Presto Roofing sent another employee to my house to paint, but he did not have the paint with him. I also mention to the employee if he will go into the attic to see if there is any additional damages that was caused by the leak from the roof. He then told us that he has to make a phone call to his boss, that he will come back inside the house after he is done with the conversation. After 5 minutes I went outside to check on him, but to find out he left without telling us anything. 9. November 9, 2020, I reached out to Presto Roofing to inform them what had happen when his employee came by my house. 10. November 10, 2020, Presto Roofing contacted me and stated that on the executed contract that they are not responsible for “PERSONAL PROPERTY” damage due to leakage. That their warranty consists of repairing any leaks on my roof for a period of 10 years. They also mention they did the inside repair, but they did not have to do that. They also mention they will not finish the work they started. I told them that in the past 10 days of communication they never mention the inside work was done has a favor. 11. I mentioned to them that by Presto Roofing sending their employees to fix my indoor ceiling, They made me understand by their recent actions that “Personal Property” was furniture, clothes, TV and Appliances. ☹ NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ☹ Just to imagine I have to deal with Presto Roofing for another 8 years and 10 months.
