Nathaly was very thorough in explaining the whole process of the roof replacement. I was denied more than once by my insurance. She assured me that she knew the insurance game and how to beat them and make then do their job that I pay for. I was tired of dealing with insurance and honestly thought Id have to just pay out of pocket. Thanks to Nathaly, I have a new roof paid by my insurance and it is beautiful. This company was truly outstanding! I heard about Priority Roofing through Edwin and would consider them for roofing systems in Orlando. They provided excellent information on hail and wind damage repairs as well as new installations. The owner was very rude after I enquired about a missing affidavit document. The project manager William only came to scrape up the payment, not to ensure that the project was done properly.Please run for this terrible unprofessional company. They don’t know what they’re doing. They deserve negative zero.
