They went above and beyond in identifying and repairing rotted wood and framing where needed. Not only were they punctual, they were very thorough in documenting every step with pictures and aerial views and excellent clean up. The owners, Diego Robillard and Chadwick Adams, were the best, very personable and attentive in addressing any of my concerns. The foreman checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. The quality of the work is top-notch – clean lines, perfect flashing, and they even upgraded a couple of things at no extra charge because “it was the right way to do it.” Cleanup was impeccable. You’d never know they tore off an entire roof – they used magnets to get every last nail, blew off the debris, and left my yard spotless. The whole process was genuinely stress-free. Everyone I dealt with – from the office staff to the crew – was friendly, communicative, and clearly knew their stuff. Pro Shield made a big, expensive project feel straightforward and painless.
