I had a leak from the 3rd for Unit impact my 1 floor unit and I contacted ProRestore and they were able to get someone out immediately since I had a tenant living in the property. There was significant water damage and mold. Johan and they team was able to complete Mold remediation in a few days and was quickly able to rebuild the areas that was impacted. They even referred me to a vendor that was able to test the mold levels in the unit which I appreciated. Jeremiah and Johan was very professional even when the tenant was giving us a hard time. I came home to to a water leak in my ceiling, walls and floors due to the upstairs condo A/C. Johan arrived the next day to help with the remediation. He put me at ease and took care of everything. After a brief wait due to insurance, Johan was able to schedule the rebuild right away. His team did a great job from start to finish rebuilding my ceiling and walls. Very professional, and great communication. Johan responded immediately to all of my concerns and his team was right there to complete the work. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for my bathroom re-model next on my list.

Johan and his crew not only did a completely effective and fast job in removing my home's in the wall mold. But when finished, THEY SHOWED RESPECT TO MY FAMILY AND OUR HOME by the very clean and tidy cleanup.
