They did a new roof and AC install on my neighbors home. The debris that came over to my yard and screened in patio was cleaned up with perfection. It actually looked cleaner when they were done. Chandler and his crew were Very Professional and really looked like they enjoyed their jobs(which is hard to find nowadays). They will now be fixing the issue with my AC unit, I was looking for an honest company and one literally fell into my lap. Thank you to Chandler and your sidekick . 💪🏾💪🏾

Ernesto came to the house today to give us our service call for our AC unit at my home. It was a breath of fresh air to see a young man so driven to help his customer. All I can say is WOW! Nothing is more cumbersome than hearing that your peace, your mornings, and your sleep is going to be on pause for a two day roofing job. Although, Team Allen and his Protek Roofing staff did it in one business day when it should have been two days. They came on time, they cleaned up the premises nicely and they did a better job than the last roofing company that did not do it insurance complaint. Staff was pleasant, respectful, and professional. Communication was good, and the roof looks fantastic. Even tho, there was on and off rain with lightning they did not let me down. Highly recommend. They even took down that pesky direct TV Satellite dish off the house that was installed years ago. Call them immediately. Price was very fair 🙌 Many door to door roofing sales people tried to earn our business and after research this company held our expectations with results. 💯

This company is a joke. We hired them to repair my flat roof. They sent bumbling idiots to do the job. My roof leaks again in the same spot. I have a 1 year warranty they refuse to honor (not that I want them working on my roof again) but I paid them $8k for this horrible job. Spray foam, ordinary caulk, roof panels layered backwards, drain holes in barrel tiles plugged with foam so water won’t drain. I had 3 roofing companies here to give an estimate and they all said the roof was not repaired correctly and they all just shook their heads at the work Protek did. I called the code inspector to find out how this passed code and found out they never went up on my roof to inspect Protek’s work but signed off on the permit anyway. He came out to look at the new leak and said Protek did multiple things wrong. Why pull a permit if they’re not inspecting the work?? Here are photos to show their awful work. Please beware!! Anthony or Jacob, the reply you posted after you read this bad review ( you don’t even deserve 1 star) is a joke as well. We have tried to contact you multiple times to resolve this disaster of a roof repair your company did and you refuse to answer your texts, or return our calls. How does that align with your reply??? You are not trying to fix the horrible roof repair you did that started leaking in the same spot you repaired initially. You said it is leaking from a different place and we have 3 roofing companies that said it’s leaking because the repair was done improperly. Your technicians were not trained to do the job and that’s obvious. Your reply to my review tells people your ‘trying’ to resolve this issue! That’s a lie. I’m writing this to tell the public or anyone that reads this and is thinking about hiring your company the truth about how you operate your business!! Please don’t hire this company!!! You don’t honor your warranty because if you did you would be out of business with the sub par work your employees do!! So after several attempts to get a fair resolve, the final offer is $1500 refund for the $8000 job they botched. In case I didn’t mention before, there is significantly more water damage to my ceiling due to the botched repair they did!! It started as a 2x4’ area. Turned into half of the room!! Again, please don’t hire this company!! They do not honor there warranty!!!
