I was honestly nervous about hiring a contractor I didn’t know, but PuroClean completely changed that for me. From start to finish, they were amazing. Erik Salas was the main point of contact, and he was incredible to work with. He was easy to talk to, kept me updated almost every day, and was very transparent about what was going on. He even showed up to my house frequently to check on his team and made sure the work was being done properly, which really gave me peace of mind. We had a major flood in our home with sewage water under the floorboards, so everything had to be torn up and thoroughly cleaned. PuroClean handled the situation professionally from beginning to end. They cleaned the floorboards, and we had a hygienist test them afterward—everything came back clean. That alone says a lot about the quality of their work and the care they put into it. Not only did they fix the damage, but they actually made the floors look better than they did before the flood. I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt compelled to leave one here because the experience was that good. If I ever need work done on my home again, Erik and PuroClean will be my first call. If you’re looking for a company you can genuinely trust to do the job right, I would absolutely recommend them.
