I had a great experience with Quality. From my first conversation with the office, meeting with Ehsan & getting pricing, and finally getting the work done, they were awesome. We have a metal roof that I thought would be very difficult to repair. However, they made short work of it, and it seems to be quality work. The crew was punctual, polite, and efficient. Ehsan, our estimator, came out two days after Hurricane Milton. He was honest with his assessment and gave us several options. We appreciated his quick response. The crew was very professional and courteous. It was the neatest work site I have ever seen. I have not found a single nail on my property. The roof looks great.

Apparently, this isn’t company values it’s time more than yours. I have gotten 5 roofing quotes. Each has shown up at the exact time they were supposed to. But, with what I thought was an 11am appointment, at 11:15 I called the company to tell them I had not heard from their agent. Apparently, I am supposed to have waited from 11am to 1pm for them to show up. This isn’t a cable television company coming to repair my cable. It’s a company who is selling me $20,000 roof. If they cannot commit to a time to give me an estimate, how can I tell their commitment to my entire project? Their time is apparently more important than mine. Don’t waste your time waiting for someone to show up when they feel like it. Find a roofer that is committed to customer service from the very beginning.
