Jacob Miles is a very experienced and skilled project manager for QRS. This was our family's first time dealing with water damage and filing an insurance claim so we had many questions, fears, and high stress. Jacob was always available to answer questions, address challenges head-on, and stayed close to us until the restoration and clean up was complete. Integrity, accountability, and customer service are all just as valuable as the water restorations skills piece, we would use QRS again but hope we don't have to 😄.

The team went above and beyond all my expectations not to just get me back into our home but they helped me manage my claim and navigate thru the horrendous insurance world. They were out almost immediately after the storm to help get a tarp on my roof and continued right into remediation. On top of it they interacted with the insurance company and when there was a discrepancy in the amount paid, Quantum was willing to negotiate the final payment. We had mold remediation done at the house because of a leak we had that caused mold build up. Patrick and his crew from QRS did a great job taking care of the problem. Patrick was very responsive, reliable and an around nice guy to work with through the whole experience , I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The rep, Patrick, was on time. He listened to my concerns. He explained everything clearly. The job was intensive and Patrick kept me informed all the way. There was a hiccup removing one sink vanity due to a prior plumbing malfunction. Patrick left a piece of equipment to keep that area dry until a plumber resolved that problem. Patrick has made this nightmare of a home disaster move smoothly.
