Quick Roofing - Central FL

I really just want to share our outstanding experience with Quick Roofing and Sales Manager Cameron Harrelson. Originally, I had not been as familiar with Quick Roofing as with others in our Ocala area. However, that all changed when Cameron was working in our neighborhood and apparently noticed that our roof was not in very good shape. Cameron stopped by and started chatting with my husband who happened to be outside. He was so straightforward and just provided such excellent information..not a hard sales pitch at all, but rather an obvious attention to visible roof details that many homeowners could likely miss. Craig later told me about Cameron and Quick Roofing..Of course, I was not excited about the idea of a new roofing project and I was surprised that my husband was! Apparently, Cameron's sincerity, candor and gentleman's demeanor connected with my career, USAF Retired - husband. I did my homework and learned more about Quick Roofing before I called Cameron to discuss more details. I was equally impressed, so I provided Cameron a good timeframe to stop back and actually check our architectural shingles more closely. With pictures and first-hand evidence of significant storm damage, it looked like our shingles would probably not stand up to a another active hurricane season. Our insurance adjuster agreed 100% with the storm damage Cameron identified. It was clear that Cameron knew his business! He provided multiple options and rationals for our consideration, as well as sample materials, colors, manufacturer choices, warranties, and other jobs completed by Quick Roofing that we were welcome to see :) It was clearly time to replace our roofing shingles. Cameron made the process seamless and always made himself available to respond to any question or related need. He explained each quality component that would also be installed. I believe that Cameron truly cares that his customers are happy. He even encouraged us to visit his supplier's showroom in town for more ideas. This I did! Nothing was too much trouble for Cameron! His interest in our individual project, his patience and his goodness are second to none. We decided to go with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Architectural Shingles in Antique Silver. They have Streak Guard, Sure Nail Technology and the best wind resistance and warranty. Our job was completed as we took our time to look, compare and contrast for months after documentation. We have no doubt that we made the right decision and still in time for the major onset of hurricane season!

Quick Roofing did a great job on our roof, it looks great. Paul stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout the process. They were punctual, polite and professional. They were considerate in protecting the yard and cleaned everything up nicely when they were finished. I recommend them.

Cameron Harrelson has been AMAZING! He's been continuously fighting for our roof for over 6 months now! Unfortunately our homeowners insurance does not have people of Integrity working for them, but luckily we have Cameron watching our back! He has diligently and persistently stayed on top of our claim and the Adjusters this entire time. He contacts me regularly, without me even reaching out, to let me know where we are and what's going on as far as the claims process. When my adjuster was disrespectful condescending and rude to me he took over and has been on it ever since! He made sure he was on site to meet with the adjusters. He even climbed up on my roof painted everything out and even blew out my gutters of leaves while he was up there! If you want somebody who will fight for your claim, to get you the roof that you deserve, definitely use this company! And if you want the best ask for Cameron🙂

This experience has been very satisfying. My roof was complete in 1 1/2 days. Sang Yun was very helpful. The crew that did the removal and installation of my roof were very professional. They did an excellent job. Jacob the Foreman was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Highly recommend them to anyone. Great job.

Roxanne was AMAZING! Arrived on time and gave me notice which was really important since I had some appts later in the afternoon. She provided a thorough explanation of what she thought was causing a leak in the ceiling and explained pictures she took while on the roof. Would highly recommend.
