Rainbow Restoration of Fort Lauderdale

I met one of their workers named Carter. He was such a sweet young man. He explained everything to me so that I could completely understand what’s going on with my home and what I need to do to fix it. I have really bad water damage. He assured me that they will be able to fix it. He was very helpful. I plan on using your company to do the demolition work to my house. Thank you again, Carter

I was assigned Rainbow Restoration by Allstate for water damage from my building's roof to my condo. Fernando Andaluz did the initial assessment and identified a spot of black mold. After submitting the report his team set up containment, sealing off a section of my living, ran dehumidifiers and employed negative pressure through the window to dry it out. His team had to come back a couple different times to remove a section of the ceiling, spray anti-microbial and do air quality testing. They were flexible to my work schedule. Roy Carter took the time to explain to me what they were doing, clean up small debris and move furniture after they were done. It was an overall positive experience.

Shout out to Roy Carter, what a pleasant gentleman from the day he packed my belongs to the day he brought everything back. Rainbow should be proud to have such an amazing man.

We live in a condominium and had water damage from the unit above. Allstate sent Rainbow Restoration to mitigate the damages. From the time Mark showed up to evaluate the situation, we felt we were in Good Hands, just like the commercial says. Throughout the process, Mark was always available to take my calls and address my concerns. The following day, two Rainbow employees arrived and began removing the flooring so it could dry out. I’m writing this review because I want to complement the two employees, Josh and Richard for their professionalism. They showed up on time both days scheduled. They were courteous and very respectful of our home. Each day, they cleaned up and removed the debris. Great job guys. Thank you

After initiating a claim with the insurance company, I was contacted by Fernando who immediately came out to assess the situation. That same day he dispatched Jason and his team to begin drying out the damage from a pipe leak. Due to delays from the insurance company, it was a couple of months before a new team, Josh and Richard, came out to start demolition and remediation of mold. Josh was awesome with communication throughout the several day process and both of them always left the house spotless. So thankful to have had Josh and Richard- respectful, professional and trustworthy- start to finish! Thank you, gentleman!
