With the help of R&C we were able to get my insurance to pay for my damage and replace my roof! It was a very transparent process and didn’t happen overnight but communication was key! If you have legitimate damage on your property I highly recommend using them!

4 Square is great! They came out promptly and repaired my roof quickly for a good price. I will be using them again when the need arises.

The roofing work was fine but way overpriced. $40,000. I'm guessing that's because we were working with insurance. We failed inspection a couple times but I'm told that's normal. However, they caused damage to the gutters in multiple places and are not making it right. If they returned a call, that would be helpful. Well, they offered $100 credit toward the bill, so I can't say they completely ignored us but the gutters are less than 5 years old so thats ridiculous. Go elsewhere. Don't take the chance with your home. They won't fix their errors.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company canvased our neighborhood after the tornadoes from hurricane Milton. They searched for vulnerable people and preyed on exorbitant pricing to insurance and leave you with nothing. Let me break it down, they are charging 4k for a tarp. Thats almost the same price of a shingle roof. We confronted them and the front desk person even admitted that it did not seem right. Now for months we have been told we would get called back and they’ve yet to follow up. They are being paid more for a tarp that came off the next day leaving our home to be damaged and receive black mold. I’m a Pregnant mom with two toddlers in our home. They do not care about their quality. They blow up their pricing to insure they receive their biggest pay regardless of outcome. We are now working with the better business bureau for a formal complaint and our local news to ensure they do not continue business in our neighborhood. We are asking for a refund on services not rendered and transparency in their pricing. They listed 1600 dollars for a five dollar tarp that we already had. They are charging 500 dollars for transporting the tarp among other outlandish prices. They are not honest and not worth your time. Avoid at all cost and stick with your local contractors.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their insurance estimates are 3x what other companies have quoted for the same work without insurance. They want to take $35,000 of my insurance money & do less than $20,000 of work. Unfortunately, the salesman (Eden) tricked me into a DTP contract that says I have to use them or pay a 20% penalty (even though they haven’t done any work). If upper management actually resolves my concerns, then I will update this review. UPDATE: Unfortunately, my experience mirrors past reviews regarding this company’s unprofessional practices. Dealing with the owner was alarming; after a verbally aggressive phone call, I received a threatening email containing baseless accusations of insurance fraud. Given this behavior, I have zero confidence in their integrity or their ability to perform home repairs. I will continue to update this review as the situation evolves.
