Red Roof Inn Ocala

I had a great experience staying at the Red Roof Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Brigett at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel very welcome. Employees like her truly make a difference and are the reason I would stay here again. Thank you, Brigett, for such great service!

I’ve stayed in this location about 4 times in the last 2 months and I’ve truly enjoyed the peace and quiet the fact that it is close to my job and the customer service at the front desk which has been top notch and beyond accommodating. All the ladies are great but Lisa has always taken great care of me and knows my weird work schedule and has stayed late on multiple occasions to get me checked in which I truly appreciate! My rooms have all been clean and super comfy beds and don’t smell weird which is always a plus! I love it here!

This is my second time staying at this location, both times for about a week. I was gone most of the time for this trip but it was a perfect spot for me. Clean, comfy, and a hot shower. The area is kind of busy like the intersection but it’s no fault of theirs. The hotel is quiet, and is exactly what I needed. The rooms always have an odd smell but you get use to it after a minute of walking in. I will continue to stay here when needed ! Plus the staff is always very kind. The location is clean too.

One night stop over on way home from fall vacation. We were required to pay a $100 dollar “security deposit” on top of previous fully paid room. We left to eat dinner and did not inspect bathroom fully. The bottom of inside door was literally shredded. Had the manager come in since they had a deposit. They said they were aware of it but, failed to tell us. They did offer to change rooms but we had unpacked from a long day. Later we found that the light switches appeared to be malfunctioning because the lights flicked a lot when used. No hot water for showers later in evening. I notified the management regarding the lights upon check out and they simply said we would have maintenance check into it. No apologies regarding failure to notify us of damage to room door or electrical issues. Will not stay there in the future.

The clerks were accommodating and the location was convenient to I-75 but we were disappointed in the room in that there was nothing to set our luggage on, no coffeemaker, no TV instructions. When we got to the entrance area on the side our room was in, there was a Trans person playing very loud music, which was scary and annoying. Otherwise, the bed was perfect. Room temperature was great too.
