I had a wonderful experience with Regency DRT. John McGowan and Alicia went beyond my expectations. I was always kept informed, and the work that was done was great!

I recently suffered devastating property loss due to a flood in my home. I would like to take this time to highlight the exemplary work of your Emergency Service Mitigation Team, led by Gaetano. They arrived within the hour and immediately began salvaging what they could for us while communicating with everyone involved. Gaetano walked me through everything that was happening with my property while reassuring me that we were in good hands. He made sure that I understood every step of the process and somehow, kept me from panicking along the way. He and his team spent 5 days in our home and each day and brought much needed positivity and support to an otherwise miserable situation. We are so grateful for the team’s attentiveness, efficiency, and guidance during this very chaotic time in our lives.

Horrible, Horrible, Company. Was on the Job for 2 years 3 mos. Never finished the work. Made multiple promises and did not keep them. So many things were left not finished. The house is still not complete. We would go literally 3 to 4 mos without a phone call sometimes. We had to hire an outside appraisal company to come in and give an accurate assessment of damage after regency said they were Finished. The kitchen was deemed to be redone, hired a different contractor to remodel the kitchen, got it completed, then got the check from the insurance company for the kitchen. Paid for the work with the new Contractor then regency had the audacity to demand the payment for the kitchen remodel which they did not even do. In my opinion this company should not be allowed to even be able to do business. Do not believe any of the positive reviews. After sitting behind one of these work trucks at the gas pump for a what seemed about ten min. I calmly went and talked to the guy and he was on his computer . I told him I had been waiting to use the pump and he just rolled the window up in my face . I then told him i would call the number on the side of the truck and let his boss know how rude he was . He just laughed and said " I am the boss ! " I then told him i would leave a bad review ( then he moved ) and got i this picture of the truck .

Awful experience with no response! My condo association hired regency after last years hurricanes and we were promised they would dry out our units, CLEAN, pack up, and store our belongings and get rid of what was not salvageable and pack back when we are ready. We have asked numerous times for a list of what was kept in storage, with nothing. Then when asked if we could come on site to see what was stored we were told we were not allowed to due to safety. Three weeks ago we decided to get our belongings bc our units are still not ready. We were allowed on site to do that but not to see what we had stored? Then come to find out we have been charged for 9 vaults but our belongings were only in 6 vaults which is probably why they didn't want us on site. Not to mention, we still have items in boxes with their labels on them sitting in our units to this day, so was I being charged to store my own stuff in my own units? Upon unpacking our belongings, we found majority of the boxes were only 1/4 of they filled, meaning our 6 units could of been 3. Then we had been charged over 2,000 dollars for cleaning in which NONE of our stuff was cleaned. I, at that time decided to review what else we were billed for but did not receive, that's when I discovered we were charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning of items we didn't even receive back. We had tried to contact regency prior to picking up our items to see if we would receive a refund for the PACK BACK portion of our bill since we picked up our own items with, of course, no call back. I have sense sent multiple emails to Alicia Estrella, Corina Forberger, and Mia WItherspoon with one response back from Alicia that she will review our files and we are "lucky" we were given our belongings back without paying our full bill. That was 3 weeks ago and no response since. We were NEVER given an additional bill besides the original bill that was PAID. Its a shame a company is so unprofessional and are eager to answer emails prior to payment but no response after they are paid for items that they didnt even do! I tried to handle this situation between ourselves but unfortunately Alicia wanted to ignore the situation so now it has to be escalated.
