Anthony and his team are fantastic! They got me a timely appointment and showed up on time and were prepared. That alone is amazing here in FL!! They knew at their first visit with me that I would be concerned about chemicals since I am into natural health and wellness and low toxin living and they were able to explain the safety of the products they use and didn’t look at me like I was crazy😂🙌🏻. The team did a fantastic job and were very careful in my home which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them. I loved that they shared before and after photos with me.

I had been having sinus issues lately and smelled something musty near my air conditioner. I was fearful of mold so I called the company and was connected with Anthony. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how generous he was with his time. He came out to my place the next day, took the necessary samples and I had test results that evening. It was so quick and easy. So worth the peace of mind it gave my family. This company was up front about the cost, what they planned to do and the timeline. Highly recommend!!

The water heater in the condo above me burst. I called 911 They arrived quickly and set up their equipment. They showed up on time each day to check the progress. They were very accommodating. The project manager,Tony Pujois was very thorough. Steve Rodriguez was very pleasant to deal with.

We live out-of-state and our condo suffered smoke damage from a fire next door. Dealing with companies that we didn't know and doing it remotely made the experience even more complex and frustrating. Based on reviews, we selected Remediation 911 and were not disappointed. Anthony was always very responsive and helped us navigate through the clean-up with professional guidance and timely action. We are happy to recommend Remediation 911 to anyone going through a similar, and unfortunate, experience.

Be weary of the positive google reviews, this company is SO shady. Remediation 911 was recommended to me by a law firm I was working with on a flood claim after Hurricane Idalia flooded by home in 2023. Initially, they were very nice and had a low estimate. I signed the estimate and discussed what was and was not to be ripped out. One of the things to NOT be ripped out, was the bathroom shower - the house flooded prior in 2020 and the insurance did not authorize renovating that area of the house because "tile it suppose to get wet". I was shocked to then discover my entire sower destroyed days later, which cost an additional $10k not covered by the insurance company and had to be paid out of pocket. In addition, the company broke in half my butcher block counter top and threw it away, which I discovered after I couldn't locate it while trying to put the home back together (another couple thousand dollars to replace). Not once did anyone from the demo crew reach out to tell me about their mistake. They additionally, placed part of a granite counter top directly on a flat screen TV and shattered it (still waiting for an apology on this one, another couple hundred to replace as well). Months go by, and after being informed that Remediation 911 was going to work in collaboration with the law firm to determine payment, Anthony Massimo reaches out and threatens to place a lien and foreclosure on my home despite never even sending me a final invoice. He stated that his ESTIMATE IS AN INVOICE (since when?!). He then sends over a final statement that is over $15k, $4,000 more than the initial estimate. BUT don't worry, if I write a good google review and pay him immediately, he will be willing to lessen the final bill to what the initial estimate was. On march 8th, I was able to pay $4000 (my tax refund) that week as I was still waiting for a final payout from my flood claim and was told he'd send over a payment plan for the rest (which was never received). A week later, I receive notice that a lien was placed on my home. How shady. When I sold my home, he refused to communicate with the real estate attorney handling the closing (even hanging up on them when they called for payoff information) making paying this off even more of a nightmare. So be warned, I am sure tons of these positive reviews are related to him trying to screw over customers to make himself look good.
