Chris and his crew did a great job installing our roof and remodeling our home from tree damage restoration. The repairs were done in a timely manner. At times we were having problems getting the money from our insurance company. However, Chris and his workers didn't stop the repairs. They continued working and completed the job. I'm truly grateful to have had such an honest person working on our family home. Thank you for the great work!

Contacted them for install of a glass shower door. Was placed on the schedule within a week and the workers were on time and finished the work in one day. The shower door was apparently a difficult install and took longer than anticipated, but I was not charged more than the agreed on price (which was less than other competitors in the area). The silicone compressed overnight, so there was some leaking, but they sent the workers out immediately the next day to place more silicone at no cost. There is now no leaking, the door looks great, and I'd be willing to use them again.

We have used Gainesville Restoration in the past with our clients and had no issues. Just recently we were out on a call at 2am and I called the owner, Chris. I had informed him about an issue where my customer's home was flooded with sewage. Within 35 minutes Chris arrived and started doing his assessment. By the time I left, clean up was well underway. The next day we received another call from the customer informing us of the great care Chris and crew provided for them. Great Job Guys!!!!!!

Came back from week long vacation to find a pipe had burst and flooded our entire home. We called Gainesville Restoration and they were there within 30 minutes, they worked through the night to get our home dried out and the damage repaired. They took one of the worst experiences of our life and handled it with ease. We could not be happier with professionalism and speed in which they handled this disaster for us.
