I never leave reviews but they did such great job for us twice that I wanted to say something. This is the second time they helped us with mold remediation and it was at two different properties. They were competitively priced, easy to work with, and they kept their word and time lines. We were in a hurry and they made sure to accommodate us. Torrie is very responsive and her crew (Wade, Charles, and Brandon) were awesome! I highly recommend this company if you need help with mold! Thanks again!

Charlie, Wade, and Torrie did a great job remediating a client’s property in Jupiter addressing the problem spots with precision. Their drywall person also did great work with texture matching and touch up. The client is very happy!

Our condo was flooded out by an incompetent contractor who basically left our place uninhabitable. Then he disappeared. And when we searched for a new contractor, several turned us down. The job would take too long, required expertise they didn’t have and they didn’t want to take responsibility for the last guy’s other big mistakes. But then we were told about a company called Restore. Remodel, Renew that had a great reputation for making homes whole again after a disaster. When Torrie Crytzer walked in and saw buckled floors, strewn furniture, a half finished kitchen with cabinets hung wrong, damaged bathrooms, and other ruins I was sure she would run. Instead she smiled and said, “This won’t be easy but I know exactly what to do.” I was elated. First, it is rare to find a woman contractor but I could tell from our conversation that she would be so easy to work with, and she was. She was honest, transparent, calm, and mostly as competent as any contractor I’ve ever worked with. And her team was equally amazing. The job took almost 5 months, but Torrie and her team delivered on every promise and then some. They worked tirelessly and came every day until they were done. And when it came to prices, they were totally fair and honorable. The most impressive thing is that there were so many glitches along the way. Major headaches with electrical and plumbing, getting permits, and inspections but they were never discouraged. They just kept going. Today our condo is as beautiful as ever and we know Torrie’s work will stand the test of time. I can’t recommend Restore Remodel Renew enough. They have earned our lifelong trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
