Daran with RISE met us when we suffered a loss of our home during Hurricane Helene and had questionable work done by a previous "contractor". We were at an exceptionally low point and he and his team gave us confidence and peace that they could put our house back together. Daran walked our home with us, made suggestions (that we implemented and now love) and gave us a reasonable timeline and budget. The team was more than willing to listen and make changes when we had questions or wanted something different. Alicia graciously worked with our insurance agent and Matthew was always on hand with any issues and to keep us updated on the sub-contractor schedule and work. Tim ordered our selections and was happy to allow us to choose everything we wanted ~ right down to the lightswitches. What started as a *not so good* life-altering experience ended as a *wonderful* life-altering experience only because of RISE. Everyday that I am in my home now and see how beautiful and comfortable it is, I am grateful for RISE literally coming to our rescue.

The work and support of the team at Rise is nothing short of amazing! I had a leak in my home that damaged all of my bathrooms and nearly half of the bedroom spaces, they supported me through communicating with a challenging adjuster, gave amazingly reasonable quotes, and when it came time to get the work done, it was impeccable. The value add to my home of the bathroom replacements was tremendous and the areas where partial walls were replaced was seamless. The team at rise was communicative, professional, and compassionate with understanding my needs and wanting to be back in my home as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to everyone!

After a tree fell on my house during a previous hurricane, I was overwhelmed by the damage, especially to the roof and kitchen. Rise Construction stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Their team handled the insurance restoration work with professionalism and efficiency, making a stressful experience feel manageable. The project manager, Tim, was exceptional. He communicated clearly, kept everything on schedule, and ensured the work was done on time. The roof repair was solid and seamless, and the kitchen remodel looks great! I’m grateful for their help. The team at Rise Construction Group were great to work with. In particular their expertise and assistance while settling the details with our insurance company was very helpful! Our experience with Rise was the most unfortunate aspect of a tree falling on our house. They were more difficult to deal with than even the insurance company. It's been almost a year now and it is still the most surreal experience. The project manager, Tim, has no communication skills. That ranges from not being able to get our questions answered to Tim yelling at us on the phone. The owner Darren was a great salesperson in the beginning and very absent after contract signing. Rise did everything possible to repair our house in the cheapest manner possible while retaining the money from our insurance company. They caused significant damage to our home by being careless. We did not feel heard or our decisions honored throughout the process. Major project changes were made without any communication. The insurance company paid for a a full home electric rewire to bring the house up to code. Rise opted to only repair the damaged wires, WITHOUT communicating with us, in an attempt to retain more of a profit. We moved back in mid September and have already had to hire an electrician twice to make repairs. Everyone we have hired post-Rise Construction Group has been disgusted and shocked at how Rise handled the project. There was no accountability for the mistakes made, incidents like leaving our house without a roof or tarp while it was raining, causing further water damage. The project manager took no responsibility for the subcontractors leaving exterior doors open all night, smoking inside the house, leaving beer cans in the garage. The work done was careless, cheap, and messy. Our neighbor was kind enough to allow us to run a single extention cord to power a dehumidifier while our electricity was off for over 4 months. Rise repeatedly unplugged our dehumidifier to power their tools off of the neighbor's home, repeatedly tripping their breaker. This was after numerous requests to stop and after Rise asking for the job with knowledge that there was no electricity on site. Rise did absolutely nothing to prevent mold in the home and has left us with significant mold damage and contamination. We do not believe the Rise team will take any accountability or learn from the experience. We've shared our concerns and the entire team attempts to divert the responsibility.
