I initially called Lou at Riverview because of his favorable reviews. I had already received a quote for a new metal roof but wanted another for reference. I spoke to Lou and he was very knowledgeable and could come out the next day and give me a quote. I was buying a new (2004) house and found out I could not get insurance with the existing roof so all of the sudden, this job became urgent and needed to be completed before closing. Lou totally accommodated me and the insurance company and and finished the job within 3 weeks (including getting the material!). The Aluminum Charcoal Grey Coastal Defender roof turned out excellent. I could not be happier with the roof appearance and overall finish. Regarding the second quote, Lou's quote was much more competitive then the first bid. Lou is very trustworthy and I highly recommend him for your roofing needs.
