they did a roof for me back in October 2023 so less than a year ago. It seemed to do OK until recently other than finding the occasional roofing nail in my backyard by the pool. Where my complaints start is in the past week or so as I noticed increasing leaks coming in through my ceiling in a couple different places. They replaced the skylight where the worst current damage is back in October 2023 as well. I asked John to have someone come out and take a look at it ASAP as there’s more rain in the forecast and I don’t want the problem to get worse. John replied on Saturday that he would get someone out to look at it this week. I’ve texted him a couple of times since then about timing on that or just having another company come out and look, and I have received no response. Meanwhile, The ceiling is accumulating more and more damages and of course mold is a concern. I’m very disappointed in the lack of concern about and attention to this problem on a new roof from less than a year ago. That’s especially so when you consider that it was only a minor storm that caused the damage. John did come out later this same day and is addressing the problem.

RJ Owens was hired as a sub for an addition on our home. The job had numerous defects that were not to code in addition to several outright holes causing several leaks that I have been chasing for almost two years. As a result I've had to apply a commercial grade roof coating costing additional thousands of dollars. I contacted them several times to look at the scuppers and they determined there was nothing wrong. Called back months later after I found several holes in the roof causing leaks. I was told the company would make this right and to stop sealing the roof which I did. After three more visits spanning months they eventually told me they didn't believe me and wouldn't be able to help me. Do not use this company.
