Roman Roofing did a fabulous job on our re-roof. From the initial salesman interview to the final inspection, things went according to what was expected. The workmen were fabulous: diligent and hard-working. The cost was the most reasonable of all bids. Clean up was meticulous. I can highly recommend Roman Roofing for your needs.

Our tile arrived when promised, and within the timeframe Mike provided we had our old roof stripped and new roof installed. The crew was amazing - working quickly, efficiently and most impressive was how clean our yard was each evening when they finished for the day. We have used Roman roofing several times over the last few years for roof repairs on a couple of different homes. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and when it was time for a new roof they were the first company we called. Mike Glover was very informative, responsive, easy to work with, and provided several options. Ashley in the office was quick to find out the answers to any questions we had and always followed through. We decided to go with a metal roof and we absolutely love it. Reasonably priced and quality product.

Stay away from Roman roofing . They botched my roof with damaged plywood and the roof is sagging when I brought it to their attention they said wait 6 months for the roof to settle. I had an independent roof inspector come out and he said he saw this issue before and its definitely the plywood they used. The trusses are visible because all the plywood they used is sagging . Horrible job and they refuse do do anything about it.

RUN AWAY! Zero stars. Worst customer service, poor workmanship, and high costs. Leaking gutters and roof. Repeated emails, calls, videos, time off work, no one wants to call until the bill is due for incomplete, shoddy work. Salesman will tell you anything to get the sale but they can't deliver on their false promises of deadlines and quality. Missing transitional plates from the gutters to the downspouts. Pooling water in gutters. Improper height to provide effective water run off. Installed downspout to old incorrect spout running under a wooden porch causing water damage and wash out instead of full replacement as requested. Didn't use professional gutter tabs, just cut pieces of metal off old gutters. Gutter endcaps, downspouts, and seams leak. Come by the house, I will gladly show you the work, the photos, the emails, and my call logs. The cost of my labor, my time, and now to pay someone else to fix their work isn't worth it. Don't be like me, believe the poor reviews, believe the customers in Better Business Bureau. Stay away from their gutter and aluminum work. Their work crews will sell you a BMW and deliver a Neon.
