One call does it all. From the professional office staff to the estimator (Eugene), to the emergency crew that got here and sealed off the hole within two hours, to the same crew that returned just a few days later to lay down some board and replacement shingles.... stellar-stellar-stellar. I wish I had got the names of the two guys who fixed the roof but they know who they are. Excellent workers. Excellent work. You'd never even know there was a huge limb sticking out of the roof just a few days earlier. Bravo.

After all of the trials and tribulations that we have experienced with trying to get our roof done with previous companies after the hurricane we had finally found the one! Although there were a few mess ups that are now fixed Josh & I want to say thank you to Adam & Wesley for making sure that things got properly fixed in a timely manner. We will recommend this company to our friends and family & will use them again in the future. We love the way the roof looks! Thank you!

I give E-Z Roof of Cape Coral FL a A+. Very professional and did the job like they said they would. Came on Friday did the tear off and left the work site completely clean. Monday the inspection was done and bundles of shingles were placed on top. Wednesday the roof job was completed. I work at the Post Office in the front dealing with customers. So many of the customers that I have waited on have been taking advantage of and robbed of deposits and work not being done. So if anyone is in need of a honest and professional Roofing company do not hesitate to contact E-Z Roof of Cape Coral.

Roof EZ was a breath of fresh air. Unlike most companies they were extremely attentive, professional and reliable. Jason Polly is a man of his word and a delightful individual to have conducted business with. Not only did he tarp and install my new roof, but all of my family as well, in a timely manner. I highly recommend Roof EZ and Jason Polly if you want a professional and good experience.

12/12/25 update: lowering my rating as the roofer never came out, as promised on a call with the owner, to correct/ replace the fascia for which was damaged during the dismantling of the prior roof. ----- This is the 1st BAD review I have ever written. I am struggling with allowing 3 stars as it is more like a 2.5. I was not at all pleased with the process. A $30k out of pocket cash expense should come with a higher level of service than was provided. Key NEGATIVE aspects of my process for which should be reviewed for improvement are as follows: 1) I was not timey informed, if at all, of workforce arrivals. The contract arrived on 10/23/24. I signed it a week later. The entire project did not conclude until just last week. 2) I incurred structural damages to the eaves, fascia and stucco of my house 3) The recklessness of workers on my roof caused interior cracking to the drywall seems, along with mishaps to hung lighting / ceiling fans. It also dislodged the direct fuse to the air handler in the attic, where I had to hire a specialist to come out and correct. 4) While awaiting the application of shingles after the application of underlayment, in incurred a minor leak in the master bathroom Only the front facing stucco has since been repaired by Roof EZ. I have elected to upload a few of the pictures associated with the damage for which I took during the process as justification.
