I've had nothing but great service from Jim. He installed a new roof about 15 years ago. He highly suggested the architectural shingles and I am very glad he did. Many years AFTER the warranty expired, I developed a leak. Like most roof leaks, they are very hard to locate. Mine was that type. By process of elimination, Jim was finally able to locate the leak and fix it once and for all. Much to my chagrin, he never accepted payment for the service calls or the labor to fix it. He said, "If this fixes it, then we'll talk." Who does this?! My roof STILL looks great.

Called them about getting a quote. Never got a call back from them. Finally, ended up using Scott Smith roofing and they turned out to be awesome and professional. In the end it worked out fine.

Purchased a new roof. One man showed up to do job. Took a week… two months later roof leaks. Refused to fix issue. Very disappointed and sad.
