Roof Panda just completed a new roof on one of our Tampa rental properties. The process was very easy. Our contact person, James, gave us a quote within a day of our request. James answered all of our questions and helped us choose the best roof for our project and location. James coordinated the work with our property manager and tenant. He also sent pictures and videos as the project went along. Roof Panda had the best price and warranty of any company contacted. They completed the new roof in a timely and efficient manner. We will use Roof Panda for other roofing projects we may have in the future.
