Roof Smart of SW Florida

I needed a roofing contractor to repair some left-over damage from hurricane Ian, dryer vent needed to be replaced and a few ridge cap shingles. The first company I had come out told me the whole roof was junk and needed to be replace and quoted me an astronomical amount. I called roof smart, and Frank came out and inspected the roof inside and out. He told me the roof and shingles were perfectly fine and that he could take care of the couple repairs. The price was very reasonable, and the repairs were made in a couple days. I really appreciate their honesty and not trying to rip people off! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

We had a problem with the company, but they stepped up and did the right thing. We had the company replace our roof. Somehow, as a result of this work our pool deck aluminum roof was damaged and nearly collapsed. Roof Smart agreed to replace all of the elite aluminum panels. We paid for the electrical work that was part of the job and they paid for the panels and the labor to replace them. We are very pleased that we could work together to resolve this dispute. We always say that it’s not the fact that sometimes things go wrong, it’s how you handle the problem that counts. We thank Roof Smart for handling this problem without delay. Good job.

I can personally say Roof Smart replaced my metal roof with a new one and the work they did was fantastic. From the personnel, Naty, in the office to Mark my job supervisor and Joe my roof consultant and the great crew - fantastic. The men doing the work were clean, courteous and super knowledgeable about roofing. They explained everything they were doing, carefully removed the old roof and installed the new roof checking for stray nails everyday. Being in real estate I can promise you, this is a big problem with a lot of roof replacements but not here. Mark came by to ensure the work was done satisfactorily and it looks great. The county inspector told me he had never had any issues with Roof Smart and their roofs always passed his careful eye on the first visit! That was such a relief to me too. After having about 100 strangers coming to my door after Hurricane Ian, trying to sell me a new roof from companies I've never even heard of, I decided to contact a roofing company that I've seen in the area for decades... Everyone involved was absolutely amazing. Frank was completely knowledgeable in his recommendations of what was needed. His price quote was more than fair and the girls in the office notified me every step of the way with demo, install and inspection dates. They completely kept me in the loop. My roof looks BEAUTIFUL and every inspection passed with flying colors. Also - The demo team knew that I have dogs and they did such a thorough job of cleaning up every single roofing nail... When I got home from work, I went out back to clean up nails before I let my dogs out and there wasn't a single nail to be found. I was highly impressed. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
