Roof Smart of SW Florida LLC

Roof Smart replaced our roof earlier this year. We were very pleased with the entire process. Everyone from the office staff, job supervisor and crew were very professional and friendly. It is obvious that they take pride in their work, do a good job and make sure their customer is happy. We were also impressed with the protection provided to our paver driveway and landscaping during the process. We highly recommend Roof Smart to anyone needing a roof replacement.

I did not know much about roofing, so I got on Angie's List and did a search. Roof Smart was very highly rated, so I talked to them. They gave me a straighforward sales talk (no marketing baloney). They showed me multiple options for roof styles and when I picked one, they got it approved by our neighborhood association. Then they gave me a reasonably priced contract. In about two weeks they had the roof tiles and in two weeks they had the roof done. It looks great. Their final bill did not contain any financial surprises. I am highly pleased.

Mark and his crew at Roofsmart did an excellent job of replacing our entire business carport destroyed by Hurricane Irma, would highly recommend.

Smart Roof left work very incomplete at our residence. I’ve been calling them repeatedly over this year thinking someone would eventually respond and come by, they haven’t shown up for two appointments. For the last two weeks I’ve really been pressing it and have been calling daily for an appointment, no call back. I understand they must be busy after irma but we’ve been pushed aside even before then. I demand that someone call us and at least come by to see the unfinished work. I have no idea how this passed any code inspection . I’m not even sure an inspector came by. It all seems so backward. The girls that answer the phones are so nice and try to be as helpful as they can. They pass on my name and number but no one calls. Until they come and at least try to make this right I am forced to give this company the most negative reviews . I’m beyond frustrated .
