I was referred to the business by a friend who had her new roof done through the company. Kyle Lamm was with me throughout the whole process, even having to deal with my daughter up North. He answered every question she had to her satisfaction. I am sorry if we drove him crazy! The roofers arrived exactly when Kyle told me they would, Very early & were there until the job was done. Many neighbors stopped to see the job being done & were surprised at how the job was done. Next door neighbor watched from his porch & said they were a well-oiled machine. Kyle was here and that made me comfortable. I am very happy with his performance throughout the process. I would recommend him highly & the company.

Had my roof replaced today and was so impressed with the entire roof claim team. Billy and Anthony did a great job educating me on the process and were thorough when answering my questions- and I had a lot! I was especially skeptical when they told me the roof installation would take a day. I have never had a contractor keep such a tight timeline. Every thing Billy says- he does. That kind of reliability is rare. The roof team did not stop! On time, hardworking, and dedicated. They had the entire job done and cleaned up fast! Lindsay and Vicki in the office kept me up to date, and promptly returned all calls. Lindsay was kind and patient, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I was glad to know she was a UCF grad :) go knights ! Overall, this team delivered exactly what they promised, exactly how they said it would be. The roof is beautiful and has already been tested- no leaks ! Great job roof claim team! You all represented your company well!

There are a lot of roofing companies working in our neighborhood. Evan Whittingham, our representative, visited our home and offered to do the free initial inspection to look for damage to our roof. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained the process to me and how it all works. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with him or the process. He presented himself and his company in an professional way. We set up the contract and began the claim, and he and his manager were there to help the whole way. Our adjuster visited today and we had good conversations between all of us as they assessed the roof. When the claim and estimates had been approved, the team arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They had given us good ideas of what to prepare for and to expect. The team worked hard through the day and completed the job in one day. Everything got picked up well afterwards. We had good communication and responsiveness throughout our experience. And now we have an excellent roof over our heads again! Thanks RoofClaim and Jasper Roof for a great result!

Really liked working with Kyle Lamm. He helped me understand the insurance and handled all the claim process. Very professional all through the process.
