This is a great company was my first choice to repair my roof and I'm so glad I decided to go with them. Their team was highly professional and courteous. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave me a very competitive quote. They kept me up to date every step of the way. I would happily recommend Roofing America, Inc to my family and friends. The project went perfectly.

Unfortunately we had roof damage from a storm that our insurance company would not cover. We found Roofing America and spoke with Ricardo who was understanding of our issue. He took the time to ask questions , evaluate options, and discuss solutions. His professionalism and courtesy was welcomed as he explained the process before dispatching a team to assess. A team was available very quickly and after inspection showed the damages , possible causes ,recommendations, took photos and video's, and gave a quote on the necessary repairs. With a follow up meeting from Ricardo on expectations and timeline we moved forward and had our roof repaired from start to finish in a day at a reasonable cost . Later in the same day ,week, and still ongoing the workmanship is being tested by Florida weather and is holding strong. Happy with the level of customer service, workmanship, professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm demonstrated by the team to work long hours to get done before Florida storms .

Best prices in town! I was shopping around for quotes to see who would give me the best deal. I had two quotes from other companies and decided to get a third quote from this company. Unfortunately, my roof wasn’t approved by insurance, so I had to come out of pocket and I was on a tight budget. I got a quote within the same day of the inspection, which was great as we were almost ready to move forward with one of the other companies. This company offered the best price out of all of them and did such a great job on my roof! I highly recommend them.

Had an unwelcome solicitation from this company on my passenger side of my windshield. I am parked in a handicapped spot as I have severe knee problems. It was a hazard to drive with this. I removed it and called the number (same number that is on the google search and on their website) Phone was answered by a male with no name, company name nor professionalism. I explained the problem that this unwarranted piece of collateral presented for me. The man went on to verbally attack me stating that how did I know that their company put that on my window. Absolute rubbish. Very unprofessional, rude and confrontational. Just to make it very clear>.....If this was the last roofing company on Earth I would go without. Be ware!

😡😡😡I had a very disappointing experience with Five Roofing America, Inc. Communication was inconsistent, and getting clear answers about timelines and scope of work was a constant struggle. Promises were made that were not followed through, which led to delays and frustration. The quality of work did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost. Issues that were brought up afterward were not handled promptly or professionally, and follow-up support was lacking. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and suggest others do thorough research and get everything in writing before moving forward.
