We bought a house with a roof so old we almost weren't able to get the bank to lend to us. RCS was super patient with us as we dealt with a slow moving HOA and got the roof and gutters on really quickly and efficiently. There were a few things that needed fixed at the end, but they came back and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and the roof looks amazing.

They did a great job in a timely manner, but communication can be improved particularly at front when trying to discuss the estimate to make sure both customer and company are in a good understanding of cost and included or not included services. Company should make sure this is the case before moving into contract.
