Earle came right out & gave us a fair estimate and did a great job educating us on the roofing process, material, decisions, etc…… from start to finish the job was done very professionally and in a timely manner as promised. Don, traveling in Eastern Europe or I would have called. I have to give it to your company. I had solicited 7 bids and you were the most competitive. But I don’t always go by the lowest bid I do put a value on the responses to my questions and other intangibles. After discussing in detail with your sales rep I also had the opportunity to discuss the job scope with you onsite supervisor who was doing a preliminary site visit, plus your drop in visit to get a first hand view of the work activity. The work crew did a great job and put in a long 14 hour day due to the weather. It was a challenge working around the weather windows but they delivered. Overall I am impressed with the company’s knowledge, experience and delivery as promised. For sure I will contact you again when I get ready to re-roof my main house Rocky
