Roofing Help Now

Jon with Roofing Help Now was excellent! We had our roof damaged last year in Hurricane Ian and our insurance company said there was no damage even though our roof was leaking as a result. We called Jon and he immediately went into action to help us mitigate any future damage and to reopen our claim and worked with the insurance company to provide all the documentation needed to show there was actual wind damage and got a full replacement approved and built shortly after!!! Our roof looks great, and now we have peace of mind that we have a solid, strong roof that will last our family for many years to come. Thank you Roofing Help Now!!!!

He was able to get my roof replaced by my insurance after they had initially denied it! The crew was very efficient and clean and my roof looks amazing! Roofing Help Now did an incredible job for me, my insurance company was giving me a hard time trying to make me repair my roof with shingles that don't even match and that were a different size, I didn't know what to do and was so upset. John from RHN came by one day to introduce himself and give us his phone number because they were doing my next door neighbors roof and he wanted us neighbors to know who to call if we had any issues. When I saw how organized and clean their crew was working I figured I would give Jon a call for another opinion on my roof, Jon came out promptly and inspected our roof, took all kinds of pictures of the damage then went over all the pictures with us explaining exactly what kind of damage was on our roof even damage that we didn't even know was up there that the insurance companies adjuster didn't even find or mark. We decided to work with Jon and Roofing Help Now and boy are we happy! After months of getting the run around from our insurance company and being told we had to repair our damaged roof with different shingles than we have Roofing Help Now was able to get a full replacement approved for us after just a few weeks and we just got our roof built a few days ago!!!! Jon Curry with WKL did a roof inspection on my home that was instrumental in getting my home insurance company to reverse the cancellation notice they sent me. I called looking for advice on my roof concerning solar panels and brackets. Dana gave me great advice and also backed it up with an expert in these kind of issues. I feel much more comfortable about my decision to move forward. I will use them in my future roofing needs.
