Working with Roofing.Co was a smooth and easy transaction. And the new roof they installed looks amazing. Fit and finish is awesome. They used the best materials on the market. The crew was great and worked clean. Not a scrap of anything was left behind. No old shingles, nails, nothing. I lived with a storm damaged roof since Milton hit and now I have a beautiful new roof that looks amazing. Thanks to everyone at roofing.co for a great job well done.

Updated Review I’m updating my review because after months of dealing with Roofing.co, my first review didn’t fully capture why this experience has been so difficult. I’m not someone who likes posting negative reviews, but at this point it feels like the only way to get any consistent response from the owners. We hired Roofing.co to install a standing seam 24-gauge black metal roof. What was supposed to be a three-day project turned into a drawn-out process that started back in June, and here we are in December, and I’m still the one chasing them down for updates. Two sections of the metal were installed incorrectly, the panels weren’t aligned, the finish didn’t look clean, and the overall appearance wasn’t what was promised. Even though the issues were on the back side of the house, it still mattered to us because this is our home and it affects resale value. Roofing.co tried to fix the issue three separate times, but each attempt missed the mark. Eventually we were told this was simply the way it needed to be. By that point we were drained. Our solar installation had already been delayed because of the roofing work, and we didn’t have the energy to keep pushing for something that should have been done right the first time. So we accepted it even though we’re still not happy with how it looks. EHS Solar, a partner of Roofing.co, came out to do the solar installation, and they immediately noticed several cosmetic roofing issues. They made it clear that those areas needed to be repaired by Roofing.co because, in bad weather, they could become a problem, and EHS wouldn’t be responsible. That alone was frustrating because roofing issues shouldn’t be showing up right after installation. Following their direction, I emailed Roofing.co to make sure the cosmetic repairs would be handled. Days went by with no response. The only time I heard back was after I posted my first negative review. Someone reached out immediately, confirmed they would take care of the repairs after the solar install, and asked me to take the review down. I took it down to give them another chance. Solar panels have been installed. Reached back out, and then silence again. No updates, no scheduled repair date, no follow-through. Nothing unless I go public. That’s honestly the most disappointing part, the pattern of slow communication, lack of ownership, and the need to post reviews just to get someone’s attention. Customer service shouldn’t work like that. To be fair, I don’t think Roofing.co is a bad company, but based on our experience, the repeated workmanship issues, months of delays, the lack of proactive communication, and the constant chasing, this has been a 2 out of 5 experience for us. I still hope they make things right, but future customers deserve the full picture, not just the highlight reel.
