I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them about roof leaks, and they sent someone out who I assumed was a repair technician — but he turned out to be a salesman. He sweet-talked me and promised that everything would be repaired for a set price. We signed a contract, and I paid a deposit. They originally wanted a 50% deposit, which I felt was excessive, so we negotiated it down to 30%. After that, I had to message them multiple times just to get the repair scheduled — definitely a red flag. Later, I found out that the person I had been talking to wasn’t even the one doing the work. Another guy, who had never even been to the property, showed up and supposedly “fixed” the roof. A few days later, it rained, and everything was leaking again. I called them back, and the repairman came out a second time — but after the next rainfall, the roof leaked all over again. When I contacted the company once more, they became unhelpful and started blaming the issue on my tenant for not providing attic access — even though the tenant said the repairman showed up without a ladder or proper tools. Now, the roof is still leaking, they refuse to repair it as promised, and they won’t return my deposit. Instead, they’re claiming that I now need an entirely new roof — which is not what we agreed to. We agreed on repairs, and they assured me they could handle it. They took my deposit and failed to do the job properly. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. My roof remains unrepaired, they kept my money, and they refuse to make things right. Do not trust or hire this company.
