The team at Royal was awesome from the beginning of inspecting my roof through installation of the new one. Chandler was fantastic to work with as he inspected the roof and determined it was hail damage. He dealt with the the insurance company to obtain the funds followed through with everything so I didn't have to get involved. Colby was the onsite manager and kept me abreast of the process of installation to completion. The roofing team was also so polite and they worked hard to make this happen. We were having gutters installed on our home and ran into an issue with the roof that prevented us from finishing the project. Colby and his team did a great job remedying the issue at record speed allowing us to continue with our gutter installation.

Very thoughtful and thorough. Colby explained to me what he thought was the best strategy in order to find a leak in my roof and he gave a good estimate as to what he could say the final price would be. All this after he had spent a good 45 minutes in my attic crawl space and above trying to isolate the source. Other companies had tried to repair this leak in the past and were unsuccessful. I had tried desperately to repair this leak myself to no avail. Royal Roofing fixed this leak and charged a modest affordable price! I am more than pleased with the outcome and will use them again in a heartbeat!!! Thank You so much!

Got taken all the way around. Charged $470 for tarping, took them 15 minutes and they used my tarp. Work was very shoddy, metal they replaced didn't match, rafter is uneven, apparently they don't guarantee anything, because nobody has contacted me on what they are going to do about it. They just took advantage of storm victims. Too bad for the other victims they took advantage of.
