Rytech Restoration of Lee & Collier Counties

When my home had water damage due to an air conditioner pipe leak and subsequent mold, the insurance company requested three mold remediation estimates. A neighbor recommended the third company and I decided to use them even though Rytech had been my first choice. I should have gone with my instinct because the initial mold remediation company didn't follow appropriate protocols and after two weeks, there was still mold in my house. I contacted Alex Lavendar from Rytech and he immediately sent one of his employees to assess my home. Dave, the Rytech employee was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Within a week, Rytech had employees and equipment in my home. They completed the demolition work that had been started, set up fogging equipment, and properly cleaned all surfaces, while protecting the areas without mold. In less than a week, I had a negative mold test and a certificate of mold clearance! I highly recommend Rytech if you need a company who follows protocols and are reliable, professional and knowledgeable, to handle mold remediation issues.

Our shower pan was leaking under our flooring. I called my insurance company and they sent Rytech out to assess the damage and do remediation. They were absolutely amazing. After our insurance company initially denied our claim Rytech stepped in and explained all of the damage to our adjuster and they ended up approving the claim. If it weren't for Rytech we would still be trying to figure this out. They did a fantastic job with the demo and clean up.I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
