Hired by my property management company and they did a fantastic job

Was hired by my the landlord to fix a fence gate. All that was needed to be done was to reinstall the existing gate in the new position. They said they couldn’t come out until a survey was given, so I gave them the neighbors survey that showed the property line. They then proceeded to schedule days they would show up without asking if it worked for us (I told them Monday and Wednesday were two perfect options as one of us works from home those days). I took off days from work to be home so I could show them what needed to be done, two appointments in a row they would drive up, park for 5 minutes, then leave without getting out of the truck. The third time they scheduled we were going to be out of town for vacation, I called 3 times and sent an email with no response. Of course this is the day they do finally show up. Gate install is miserable and seems like it was done by someone who has never touched a gate before. Can’t open it more than 6” either way, and the hinges don’t actually hold the gate in place, the gate can freely be removed. They also didn’t even look at the survey that they “needed”. They were going to leave a 1’ gap, thankfully my FIL was home taking care of the dog to catch them and tell them they needed to close the gap. Just filled the gap with two posts. And instead of taking the old post with the gate they left it on the property. This is handyman level work, I was waiting for them to do it because I’m just renting but this is ridiculous.

They repaired a shingled roof in my home. After the work was done, they left a large amount of garbage on my lawn and driveway. 7 partially opened shingle packs, several hundred strips of nails, metal, hard polyurethane material, bent metal, rolls of roofing material etc. They haven’t returned any of my repeated calls 6 days in a row. I have thrown all of the crap in the garbage and gave all of the shingle packs away to roofers on my street. I strongly suggest that you do no business with these clowns! My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They deserve ZERO STARS. UPDATE TO THE REPLY! You absolutely did the work and I have called the phone number listed below EVERY DAY SINCE LAST SATURDAY and left messages! NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY! I have NO DESIRE to speak with you at this point!

Absolutely unprofessional! 4 no call no shows. After appointment time ended got an email from Admin Admin with some excuse and a new date, not once did they reply to my emails! Had a 4th appointment scheduled for 12.9.24, they randomly sent people to my home on a Sunday at 5pm stating they're here for a work order but don't know for what. Thought they were here for my fence since I seen fence panels on their trailer only to get to backyard and them tell they were here for drywall to build back inside of my home! They wanted to start working yet had none of the drywall, baseboards, or paint! Left and said they'd be here 12.9.24, which they never showed for! Then called me 12.10.24 said they were on my side ready to start work, I allowed them to begin even though it wasn't scheduled! Only for them to leave that night with my home a 1/3 complete stating they weren't set to return next day to finish. I have called RYZ office line, emailed Admin Admin including the manager, and called and text the number of people who came to my house with ABSOLUTELY no response it is now day 3 after they left 12.13.24 and my house is a disaster!!! They did not even try to line up or seem tight the drywall and applied so much putty/mud that if u paint over it it will absolutely be noticeable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible service, horrible customer service, and shady business dealings!
