SCI Project Manager (PM) Blake, was point of contact (POC) in completing a repair within my condominium during a recent roofing project. Blake made phone contact immediately to advise that SCI would take care of restoring the condo. Once I was on the ground, Blake met with my husband & I to advise the way forward. He was open to ensure all wet areas would be repaired. We agreed on what furniture & mementoes were to be replaced. Blake’s communication was consistent while my husband & I were planning. He would respond immediately as decisions were made, making this progress successful. In a period of five days Blake’s team repaired the ceiling, wall, painted, did minor electrical including the administrative and financial commitments we had made. Blake ensured a timely reimbursement to ensure there would be no hardship experienced. Blake met my expectations as a PM, he made our repair seamless. Thank you for your support as my husband and I returned to our condominium.

SCI is around for 50 years because they are good at what they do! My project manger AJ kept me informed at all steps of the process. His crew was outstanding!… the guys were professional, courteous. My son came to collect a package while the foam was being applied and his car was covered before he returned to it. WOW! AJ, wish you worked for me.

My roof is completed and I’m very pleased with the finished look! No more leaks and such a beautiful roof now! AJ my project manager was super nice and respectful as well as helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof. Their work ethic was outstanding and they are very neat and clean as well!
