My experience with SEC roofing was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Allie, the office manager kept me updated every step of the way from beginning to the end of the project. Robert, the owner of the company insured that the Quality of the job met my expectation, as well as his. The team that installed the roof was amazing! Julian was the project manager, he oversaw the job to completion. He insured everything went smoothly. The men that did the work were professional, polite, extremely hard-working and very quality focused. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof. Thank you!

Amazing people and company. Evaluated 4 other companies and went with SEC. Will answer every question you have. Are always friendly and will address anything no matter how small if it relates to the roof and the work they do. Everyone I worked with on phone, in person, and in email were just the best. Our experience was exceptional from the start Robert (SEC President) answered questions with integrity. The (Office Manager) Allie communication skills and super prompt response is unlike no other. This lady is remarkable and a joy to work with as your roofing project takes shape. The estimating team lead Sean developed a great proposal within my budget to support a roof that is the best in this neighborhood. The roofing crew led by Julian (Operations Manager) - arrived on time and Julian's work ethic is simply unmatched. The whole experience from start to finish was just great. The conclusion and overall experience is Robert Wilbanks (SEC President) Roofing and Construction company can be trusted to deliver exceptional service with integrity - they are a company you can trust and deserve a 5 star rating and your business.

Our experience with Robert and SEC Roofing has been excellent! The fact that we don't live nearby and had such a great experience with the company in the repair and replacement of my parents' roof speaks volumes! Robert answered all of our questions and explained all of his findings, gave suggestions, and gave us a very competitive price. Allie, the office manager, is so professional, organized and helpful and has kept us on track. The roof is now 6 months old and we are very pleased with this company and the work they did. We cannot give SEC a good rating for these reasons, see pics: Eaves drip doesn't work and rain drips onto fascia and will eventually rot. Wrinkle on section of eaves drip is unsightly, not professional. Uneven shingle placement - why would they do this? Clear caulk mess around electric pole boot. They did a terrible job around the base of our chimney. Roofing crew broke our electric meter pole and WE had to pay $5,000 to replace. They didn't clean up all of their roofing debris, especially in the gutter. Roof was completed Sept 2023 and to this day, Nov 2024, we are still finding roofing nails, plastic caps and pieces of shingles. Sloppy and unprofessional work.
