The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean every day. The final result looks great, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. Review The roofer conducted was on time, extremely courteous, keep me informed on the pre and post completion throughout the entire process. Roofer-man Jean identified the root cause immediately and used durable materials to stop the current and or future leaking of the roof like new. He even conducted a full power pressure water testing to validate his finished work. We’ve had at least 6 roofs replaced by Service pro and have no complaints whatsoever. They usually get the Job done in one day and they do a great cleanup. Their rates are very reasonable as well. We will continue to use them for all our Roofing needs.

I have used Service Pro on several roofs over the years. Tim always gives me the best price when I get competitive bids, sends a competent and amazingly efficient crew out, gets the job done quickly efficiently and well, every time. I have added Hurricane Clips a few times as well, to save a few bucks on insurance rates. Well worth it. I would recommend Service Pro Roofing to anyone who wants to avoid the hype, and just get the job done well.

William was our sales representative but since last week I was told he no longer works for CES. • Large crew of workers came out and got the roof installed in one day. • The roofing materials used were excellent. • Workers did a good job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. • New gutters were installed and look great. • Solar panels for our water heater were removed and reinstalled. Communication is something that CES can work on doing better. The roofing materials were delivered but I was never made aware that they were coming out. When I was in the process of getting a contract signed the sales rep told me that I needed to contract with someone else to remove and reinstall our water heater solar panels and that we would also have to hire another company to remove our existing gutters and install new ones. After taking time to call six different companies, 3 quotes for gutters, 3 quotes for solar, making adjustments to my schedule to meet with a few of them for on site estimates, our sales rep called and said that indeed they could provide those services. Because I already had the other companies scheduled to provide estimates, I followed through just to be sure we were getting the best price possible. As it turned out, it ended up being a wash on the price to have CES perform all of the work which is what we ended up doing. CES was not the least expensive option to re-roof our home but after doing my research online, checking reviews, looking into their BBB ratings, asking on social media and talking to neighbors who recently had their homes re-roofed, we made the decision to contract with CES. Overall they did a great job on our home and the new roof looks great. If the communication was better and I didn't have to adjust my schedule and spend several hours having to get estimates which I had to be home for (solar panels and gutters) I would have given them five stars. ***UPDATE*** After posting this review I received a phone call about an hour later from Todd, a representative of CES. After reading the review he reached out and let me know that because of the review they were going to look into creating a policy for their representatives so that when they're asked questions such as if they can remove and reinstall solar panels or gutters they have the answer available to them so that they can give customers an immediate and accurate response. It is obvious that this organization takes pride in their work and even more pride in their reputation. It seems to me had they known about the issues prior to the review that they would have been handled accordingly and swiftly. I have worked for over 20 years in sales and customer service and when a company takes this much pride in their organization it shows. With so many fly-by-night roofing companies in this area it's good to know that there are still companies out there who Pride themselves on their work, craftsmanship and customer service. Because Todd reached out to me to not only apologize but to also let me know how they're going to correct these issues I have changed my rating from 3 stars to five stars kudos Todd!!
