would like to start off by saying I had the most amazing experience during an incredibly stressful situation when my house flooded. Caleb, Joey, and Anthony were absolutely exceptional. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and handled everything with professionalism and care. They answered every question I had, walked me through each step, and remained hardworking, calm, and diligent throughout the entire process. Their effort and dedication brought so much peace of mind during a very overwhelming moment. I want to commend them for the outstanding job they did and sincerely thank them—over and over—for their exceptional service. I truly appreciate all they did.

My experience with Service Masters was exceptional. My initial call was handled by Amber who provided professional and compassionate service to me during the duration of the water mitigation and subsequent repairs to my home. Edgar Martinez, Reynaldo Hernandez, Bob Yorty and Carlos were all remarkable. EVERYONE was great..They are a team of dedicated people all supporting each other towards the end result of restoring the home. I was completely overwhelmed, they all put me at ease and made a very difficult situation bearable. Lucy Saldana was extremely helpful to me as well. I highly recommend Service Masters.

We purchased a townhome that the previous owner had smoked in for several years. The smell was unbelievable. ServiceMaster came out immediately, completed an estimate and with our approval began the work. They purified the air with hydroxyl generators for several days. The old carpet was removed. The ductwork, walls, ceiling and floors, cabinetry and appliances were cleaned. All surfaces were sealed and painted including the garage interior. The lanai was power washed. New carpet was installed. Now the air is pristine. Kudos to ServiceMaster for keeping us in the loop and each day leaving a clean workplace. Only one miscommunication with paint color and that was rectified immediately. Would recommend ServiceMaster by Wright to friends & family for work professionally and efficiently performed.

Our House Flooded from a pipe break in the laundry room. I was so happy with the speedy response from ServiceMaster. Jim was outstanding with his organization of the team and we were taken care of super fast. The office even worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to worry about it. I was super happy with the work and professionalism.

On November 11 we opened the door to our mobile home and found a water disaster. The toilet water supply line was trickling and probably had been for about a week. About 350 sq. feet of floor had turned to mush due to the particle board sub floor. This job was way too big for my handyman husband to handle himself, so I called ServiceMaster. Christian came to assess the damage within a few hours of my call. He was extremely professional, and later that day we had a very detailed estimate for removal of flooring and cabinetry, drying, etc. With such a detailed list of jobs, each with a price attached, I felt confident we would be treated fairly. The crew, Helen and Adriano, arrived the next morning and they knew exactly what to do. Helen went above and beyond to meet our needs. After several days of fans and dehumidifiers running the restoration team arrived. Jerry and Andrew repaired and replaced the damaged flooring in two days. They worked nonstop and appeared to use the least amount of materials necessary. We had a constricted time frame, and everyone worked hard to complete this job before we had to leave. I was thrilled at the work ethic of both crews and am very grateful to ServiceMaster by Wright for helping us in our time of need. Thank you
