ServiceMaster DSI - North Tampa

I had a very good experience with Service Master from beginning to end. The phone customer service was polite and informative. Being able to speak to a person and not a machine is a great asset in today's time. Allen came out to give me a quote and was amazing. He is why I chose Service Master. He made me feel that we were in good hands with this company. He was professional, timely, personable, knowledgable and was able to give us a quote and an appointment to get the repair and mold treatment done immediately. Jason and Joe were timely, neat, professional, friendly and did very good work on our home repair and treatment. They also left the area neat and clean. I would recommend this company to any one who needs mold restoration and repair work done.

I called Service Master because of a leak in my kitchen. Marilyn in the office was very sweet. Brenton called me back to give me an ETA of the service men, and he was very kind as well. Scott and Andre arrived on time, took the time to listen to my concerns and were very pleasant. When they gave me my estimate, they went over each and everything. They made sure I understood everything they would do and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. When I decided to sign the refusal form, they were very understanding and kind. With the kind of service I received today, I would definitely use this company again and reccomend them to any one in need.

Jason was Amazing. We had a bad leak in our roof. He was out the next morning and got right to work. He came out the next few days checking on everything. He would call and give us a heads up when he was on his way every time. He was always on time and explained everything too us. He was very professional and helpful. Charlotte and her crew were great! On time, professionally packed up all my belongings with care. They labeled all boxes and when they brought back furniture they set it up how we wanted it. I could easily find my stuff and it all was packed with care, nothing was broken!! I'm so glad I called Service masters they took great care of us!!

The Service Master 24hr team was amazing! Alexis, Jordan and their team accommodated our short notice and were incredibly professional with disinfecting and sanitizing our home due to Covid! They are competitively priced, punctual, professional and I could not recommend their services enough!
