ServPro of Cape Coral did a great job. We had a sewer backup and what a mess!! We called and ServPro came promptly and cleaned up the mess professionally and beautifully. Mike and Carlos were helpful, courteous and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much! A little antidote, ServPro-New York helped us after Hurricane Sandy with an amazing job. I will always call upon ServPro for all future help when needed!

[THIS REVIEW ISNT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS BUT AN EMPLOYEE] Whoever was driving this van across highway 60 from Lake Wales to Bartow then turned onto 98 heading towards Lakeland (we were going the same way) he is a LIABILITY to not only the business but other drivers. This guy almost rear ended me and side swiped me while driving “straight”. He was on his phone and kept driving into my lane! The second time when I honked at him, he took it upon himself to speed past me and the other cars in front of me almost causing a collision. There was two guys in the van, but the driver is the only problem. Plate number possibly QW3Z07. This happened on January 20,2026 around 2:00pm-2:40pm

I was pleased with Robert Milano’s commitment and dedication to doing a great job in all aspect of the demo. Robert is a great multitasker and Carlos Castro is also a great worker who takes great pride in his work in keeping things organized. They make a great team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Servpro Disaster Recovery Team. Brian and Jayson were professional, communicative, and extremely efficient. They made a difficult situation stress-free and handled everything with care and expertise. Highly recommend!

This ServPro team was hired to assist with our hurricane clean up in Tampa. They have taken zero consideration into keeping things tidy, despite residents getting ill from the debris and it flying into nearby Tampa Bay. Employees were found smoking marijuana in empty units during their breaks. When I approached management with my concerns, one told me “you live in a construction site, don’t expect it to be safe.” Another told me “you’re crazy, don’t contact me again.” And the Marazzito franchise owner basically said nobody was in the wrong, other than the unattended smokers. There is broken glass throughout our community, nails in tires, and debris in the water. It’s disgusting and I am highly disappointed in how management attended to the situation. Almost every night, they have left residents doors open and unlocked, and units unsecured. Unless you want your home to look like the photos below for WEEKS on end, find another crew.
