Serve Pro responded to my residence regarding a leak in the bathroom that caused mold to form. From my first call to the company to make an appointment to the testing phase, all members of this company were professional, and should be commended. Mike Powers was my Project Manager and explained the entire process in detail. He answered all my questions and gave me assurances in the results. After testing he responded to provide all paperwork and the clean bill certificate. Mike is an asset to this company and should be recognized. Carlo and Jorge were the mold remediators who came out and completed demo and treatment. Their work was meticulous and made sure to cover the flooring. They explained the process of treating The mold and making sure there were no blind spots.Carlo and Jorge should be recognized for their exemplary work. I would recommend Serve Pro of Port St. Lucie for any mold remediation and treatment.
