This company is the kind of company that you want entering your residence. They were very careful in handling my furniture and home goods, they covered everything nicely. Performed the removing of my sheet rock and the water that was caused by the busted pipe that I had from the freeze. when they finished everything was put back in it's place and the area cleaned.

My wife & I were extremely happy with the service and work they've done in our home. We finally found workers in miami who are reliable, honest, efficient & most importantly does great work. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

SERVPRO has been nothing short of spectacular. My 84 year old mom's condo in Miami was hit very hard by Hurricane Maria, with water and mold damage affecting the floors and walls throughout the condo. My 87 year old dad passed away in July, making this a very tough time for my mom and me -- and I am 1,500 miles away in Boston. I needed someone to 'own' this project from start to finish, and SERVPRO came to the rescue. They performed high quality work. They communicated with me daily. They sent me pictures regularly so that I could see the status and the progress. They managed the other contractors (flooring, painting, cleaning, etc.) for me, and stayed in direct contact with the building management. They worked holidays and weekends to accelerate the completion date per my request. The work was completed on time and on budget, and at a very high quality. I would highly recommend SERVPRO.

Stay as far away from these scammers as you can. They robbed me of my time, money, health, and time with family. I hired them summer of 2022 (at age 85) for a kitchen remodel due to mold removal. In December 2022, they told me the kitchen would be restored in 2-3 months. They submitted multiple permits that were denied and I had to visit building department MYSELF to learn that all permits were incorrectly submitted. It took until OCTOBER of 2023 before they put in floor and the building department from my county came and stopped work because of ANOTHER invalid permit. Ongoing excuses and delays throughout 2024, despite my paying them a total of $9940 in 2023. During the ENTIRE TIME, I was without a working kitchen. Living with microwave and coffee machine in my bedroom, fridge stuffed into living room. No ability to cook food at home during a pandemic. The stress and $ expenses of restaurants/food delivery as well as Covid exposure wound up with me in the hospital twice with health conditions. By summer 2024, it was clear these people are incompetent liars who are unable to complete a job. I exchanged multiple emails requesting refunds of my money which were denied because they claimed to have completed building cabinets. When I requested delivery of the cabinets for someone else to install, they waffled over email for weeks saying their builder was out of town. Then they requested MORE money for cabinets (really? Trying to hold my paid for items hostage and blackmail me into paying more) which they had previous claimed were paid for. So much anguish. I hired another contractor in September 2024 who was able to get permits approved on first past and complete the job by winter of 2025. He noted that every permit was flagged due to Servpro’s incompetence, so each permit required an inspector. So I had no kitchen from summer of 2022 until Winter/spring of 2025. I finally have a kitchen built by someone else. But I am still out my money and I lost valuable time with my children and grandchildren and it impacted my health. They are impossible to deal with and are liars, thieves, and entirely incompetent at their jobs. Ironically, they requested online reviews in April of 2023 AS SOON AS MY checks cleared. It has taken me this long to recover my health and stamina to be able to finally give them the reviews they requested before they even touched the job.

I was flooded from Hurricane Ida and had previous experience with ServPro and was satisfied (even happy)with their service (this was from a different SevPro franchise). So I called ServPro and was sent this franchise. Once they had half payment it was evident they wanted to get done gutting the house and move on. There was really no one supervising the work and the boss kept calling me telling me they needed to complete within 2 days (and my requests were unreasonable and costing them/him time and money). They damaged one of the Caesarstone countertops (see photo) by evidently missing the wood they wanted to dislodge and instead striking/damaging the countertop. (They should practice their aim!) The drywall was not properly and cleanly cut at 4 ft. and then removed, as most of the of paint on the top 4 ft was damaged (see photo) throughout the house. Several people who have seen the work after they left commented on how sloppy it is. I could go on. I term their work as ‘slinging hammers and crowbars’. I was hesitant in giving a bad review however I feel I have an obligation to warn future clients as this is one possible outcome.
