Our Serv Pro team was the silver lining during a dark time. They provided water mitigation, demo and repairs due to water intrusion during hurricane Milton. The entire process was about 4 months of work during which time they expertly moved our contents with care better than any professional moving company we have had prior, kept us informed of progress and completed repairs to our satisfaction. We highly recommend their services. We hope we never need to to call them for something like this again, but we will call them first if anything like this does happen again. Mr Brandon Russel came to our home and fixed a major mold issue i had. He did an excellent job on fixing our issue and everything he did was with respect. I contacted this team when my HVAC handler was leaking and mold was growing on the duct board. I was surprised that this occurred within a month, as I flush my line monthly. They came to my home, and we arranged a service plan with my HVAC company for them to address the vents and ducts. The two technicians, Nick and Nicholas, were excellent. They inspected my ducts and offered suggestions on how I could proceed. Their honest, practical approach during this challenging situation was greatly appreciated.

Any questions or concerns were answered directly. He was very friendly and professional. Laura Ryan at State Farm coordinated with Zach to give us the best service possible. They worked together to help us handle a stressful and difficult situation. After the repairs were complete, we needed help with our oven. We contacted Zach, so Mike came out to do the repair. He quickly determined the source of the problem and fixed the oven. We are so pleased with SERVPRO and State Farm. They worked so well together to help us in our time of need. We are so grateful.
