I high recommend the servpro for any remediation services. I got home from a trip on a Saturday at 12 am and my ceiling had collapsed. It was a nightmare. There was water and drywall everywhere. I called servpro at 5 am the following Sunday. I told them what happened and also advised I had dealt with a previous company who robbed us blind in a similar situation. Servpro had someone show up to my house by 10 am to asses the situation and begin the mitigation process. Everyone is super professional and understanding of the situation. I was and am very happy with their services and work. Very clean from beginning to end.

Turn key. If you’re looking one company who can deliver all needs regarding the remediation, demolition and rebuilding, you can really find it in a ServPro. I’m really happy with their team and Liza as their representative for our property. She is really hands on manager and great follow up what is most important with them you don’t have to repeat twice for service. I highly recommend them.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Servpro of Miami Beach was so frustrating that I had to share. The cleanup crew was great—professional and efficient. My issue is with the office and billing department. I forwarded my insurance policy to Servpro, unaware that I had a specific EMS (emergency mitigation services) limit. They had my policy, yet still charged $1,800 over my coverage—without ever informing me. Even my insurance company reached out to request an invoice adjustment, and Servpro refused. They also expect full payment within 30 days—even if your insurance payout hasn’t arrived. If you’re late, they tack on interest, late fees, and even file a lien on your property. I would never use this company again. The field crew did their job well, but the management side was completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, unethical.
