These guys were great! It’s hard to believe how responsive the crew at the Daytona Beach branch office is. They just finished up at my house. Jeff, who initially went into my cramped crawlspace, spent a lot of time evaluating the problem for remediation. Talking with Jeff is like talking to an old friend. Roland, James, Gil and Xavier worked hard to get all the work done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. (Sorry guys if I missed any names). I want to emphasize that every concern I had was taken care of, not just with an explanation but with immediate action. Roland addressed issues on the fly as they came up and with the crew went above and beyond my expectations to resolve them. I can’t say enough about how well they worked together to do a great job for me under difficult circumstances. I will not hesitate to call ServPro again when I need them. -M Salazar

ServPro was very timely and knowledgeable. They quickly responded and removed all of the damaged drywall and areas that needed to be done. They removed all the carpets and quickly and got them out of the house. They did a great job of drying the areas that needed to be dried and followed up very well. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

These guys came into my office and did a fantastic job over a 3-day period. They both had great attitudes and a great work ethic and we are very thankful for them and the job they did! Thanks from everyone at AJR!

When I called Servpro and told them what had happened at our house, they said they would come out and do an emergency cleanup of the water for $285. They came out, cleaned up the water and the next day sent an estimate to do the full restoration. We declined as they were over twice as much as both the other estimates we received. They then sent us a bill for close to $3000 for the water extraction. They also sent us an estimate for the full job for $9000 which was almost twice as much as anyone else. We were quoted $285 for the emergency water removal, told us there would be a quote for the rest of the job. We only approved the emergency water removal and now they are trying to charge us close to $3000. These guys are crooks. Don't use them.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE SERVPRO!!! They do not respond to messages and do not provide the requested documentation but are quick to file liens before insurance issues are resolved!!! WARNING!!! Despite Jeff P. Business Owner's May 28, 2025 response to my negative review, he failed to include the fact that ServPro never responded to my 5/7/25 or my 5/28/2025 emails requesting an explanation and supporting documentation. This is how he claims "We always encourage open communication"! Typical Corporate America, too busy to respond to customer messages but plenty of time to file liens during a period of mass confusion dealing with other insurance issues. All that aside, a decent company " willing to resolve the matter constructively" would have notified me be BEFORE filing the lien! Too late to resolve the issue now!!! If you have any doubt about my review, just note their history of all the other negative reviews; SERVPRO of North Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach 2.7 (3 reviews)!!!
