SERVPRO of Orange Park

While it’s usually never a good occasion to have to call Servpro, they were excellent to work with. Colby and his team got to our house after we had flooding within 2 hours and immediately commenced recovery efforts. They explained the whole process to us and ensured we understood the steps they were taking to stop any further damage. Someone from the team (usually Colby) came to our house every day to check on the drying progress and removed equipment as soon as it was safe to do so. After four days, our house was fully dry and ready for repairs to make it perfect again. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call!

We had Ronnie come to our home and give us some quotes. He was very professional, honest and straight to the point. Keith and Johnny came out a couple days later to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Both Keith and Johnny were very good at communicating each step of the process and what to expect. Wonderful experience, I will use them again in the future and I would defiantly recommend them to family and friends.

Soo happy with the work Rodney and Egar did getting all our things moved back into our house. They worked with efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. A stressful process was made easier because of them! 5 stars!!!

I was very impressed that I was able to get next day moisture evaluation after a water leak in my apartment. Very easy to schedule around my work hours and the team came right on schedule. Colby and Don were absolutely fantastic. Very through and detailed assessment to repair everything and even things I didn't realize were damaged. Definitely trust Servpro to repair any damages I have in the future.
